Architecture

each of the glass-paned rooms
begin to shine with their own light.
The architectural beauty is fulfilled
by the flow of time in the residents' lives.

the illuminated entrance invites visitors inside.

夜もそぞろに街を歩けば、
街角に出現する美しいモダン建築の端正な顔。
ライトアップされたアプローチが、街角を奥へ、内部へと誘う。

Soft, warm ambient lighting is created by
using down lights and indirect lighting.
The interior floors and walls use rough-textured tiles
and wood grain vertical lattices.

質感ある濃色の天然石を用いた床と壁に
木目調の格子壁を設えたエントランスホール。
間接照明やダウンライトが創る陰影が
落ち着きある空間美を演出する。

with its inner corridors,
keeps the residents' lives private.
On the first floor,
there are all the necessary functions,
and on the rooftop,
there is a common terrace.
